Grupo Mambo is looking for HEAD CHEFS for its’ different bars, restaurants and hotels.
- Proven hospitality and kitchen training
- Minimum 3 years experience as head chef
- Good knowledge of available products, prices and suppliers
- Conocimientos técnicos en cuanto a conservación, cocción, etc.
- Great work habits with regards to hygiene and safety
- In charge of management and planning of the kitchen team
- Guaranteeing the highest level of products offered to clients
- Organisation of mise en place, supervising elaboration and presentation of the dishes
- Design of dishes and elaboration of technical specs
- Complete kitchen management, and responsible fo controlling and coordinating it
- Management of suppliers, buying and costs
